The NGO DARPAN is a very unique platform that serves as a bridge for the interface between the NGOs and various government departments. The NGO DARPAN was earlier maintained by the Planning Commission but now has been replaced by the NITI Aayog. The portal provides for a more transparent and healthy relationship between the government and the NGOs.

Eligibility

Any NGO registered as a Trust, Society or Section 8 Company is eligible.

Validity Period

This registration is a one-time process and has lifetime validity.

Documents Required :

• Copy of Registration Certificate.
• Copy of PAN Card of NGO.
• Pan and Aadhar cards of any 3 members in the executive committee.
• Documental Evidence of Creation/ Incorporation in case of a:
  Trust–Trust Deed
  Society– Registration Certificate and Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the society
  Section 8 Company – Certificate of Incorporation and MOA and AOA of the company.
• Note: - All the documents have to be self-certified.
