Eligibility

Validity Period

Documents Required :

    • Brief Overview of your NGO/Trust.( Vision, Mission, Formation history, Nature of activities, etc.)
    • Website Link if any
    • Details of activities performed each year (i.e. programmes, camps, help drives, or any activity conducted by your trust).
      • We would need the date of the event. 
      • A brief write up about the event.
      • Also, provide photographs of the same.
    • Copy of Last 3 year audited balance sheets.
    • Copy of Document evidencing creation i.e. in case of:
      • Trust – Trust Deed
      • Society- MOA & AOA
      • Section 8 Company- MOA & AOA
    • Details of Governing Body Members of the trust
